# Create your student account

> Make an account so you can hand things in and see your feedback.

Go to **app.gradingpal.ai**. If your teacher sent you a link, open that instead; it takes you to the right place.

## Two ways in

* **Continue with Google.** Use the Google account your school gave you. Fastest.
* **Email.** Type your school email and select **Continue**. GradingPal emails you a link; open it and you're signed in. No password. The email comes from [hello@mail.gradingpal.ai](mailto:hello@mail.gradingpal.ai), so check spam if it doesn't arrive.

The first time, GradingPal asks **What's your name?** so your teacher can see who handed in the work. Type it the way your teacher knows you.

## If you already have an account, or aren't sure

Sign in the same way, with the same email or Google account. If it works, you had one. If you use a different email from the one your teacher put on the class list, you'll see the class but not the feedback; ask your teacher to check the email on your name.

## If your class uses Google Classroom

You might not need an account at all. Your teacher adds you from Classroom, and you turn work in there. You only sign in to GradingPal to read your feedback, with the same Google account.

## Still stuck?

Ask your teacher. They can see your class, your work and your grade, and they can fix most things in a minute.
