# Fix a problem

> Something is wrong and you want to know if it's you. Usually it isn't.

## Why can't I see my grade?

Your teacher hasn't shared it yet. Nothing is visible until they do, even if they've finished marking. The page says **Being graded** until then. You'll get an email when it's ready. If it's been a while, ask your teacher.

## Why did my file fail?

It was too big, or a kind of file the assignment doesn't take. The message says which. Make a smaller version, or save it as a PDF, and turn it in again. If the assignment collects work in Google Classroom, turn it in again there.

## Can I hand in again?

If the page shows **Attempt 1 of 2** or higher, yes: a new submission replaces the last one. If it says **Attempt 1 of 1**, ask your teacher. They can ask you to resubmit.

## I turned it in late. Does it count?

If your teacher allows late work, yes, and it's marked **Late**. If the assignment is closed, the button is gone; ask your teacher.

## I joined the wrong class

Tell your teacher. They can remove you from it, and the right teacher can give you the right code.

## My code doesn't work

Codes are six letters and numbers. Check it against what your teacher gave you; a reset code stops the old one working. If your class uses Google Classroom, you may already be in it without a code.

## I don't see the assignment

Your teacher hasn't opened it yet, or it's in a different class. Check the class name at the top.
