# Turn in your work

> Hand in one file, on time or late, and hand it in again if you're allowed to.

Open the assignment. Under **Your submission** on the right, select **Turn in work**.

## One file

The dialog says **Upload one file — from your device or Google Drive**. Choose **From your device** or **From Google Drive**, pick the file, and select **Turn in**. The page then says **Turned in** and **Awaiting feedback**.

The dialog lists the file types it takes. A PDF always works. Documents can be up to 100 MB; video and audio up to 250 MB. If your file is too big, the message says so; export a smaller version and try again.

## Late

If the due date has passed and your teacher allows late work, the button says **Turn in work late** and your submission is marked **Late**. If it's closed, there's no button: **No longer accepting submissions**.

## Again

If your teacher allows more than one attempt, the page says **Attempt 2 of 3** or similar, and a new submission replaces the last one. Your attempts are listed under **Attempts**. If it says the maximum is reached, ask your teacher.

## If your class uses Google Classroom

The button says **Turn in on Google Classroom** and opens Classroom. Turn in there; your work comes back to GradingPal on its own for grading and feedback. To hand in again, do it in Classroom again.

## If there's no button at all

Your teacher is collecting the work themselves, on paper or by upload. That's normal. You'll still get your feedback here once it's shared.
