Limits and notes
- Reports reflect the mastery settings at the moment you export. Change the scale later and an old report won’t match.
- The student report is PDF only. The other two also come as Excel or CSV.
Export a report

Open the dialog
On the class’s Standards tab, select Export.

Pick the report
Class summary: where the class stands on each standard. Student report: one student’s progress, for conferences and families. Evidence detail: the graded work samples behind the numbers.

Narrow it
Choose the Student (or all, one page each), the Standards, and a Time range from all time to a custom range.

Choose the audience and format
For me is your working view with levels, percentages and evidence counts. For families is plain language, ready to send home. Pick Excel, CSV or PDF, then Download.

They haven’t reached the minimum evidence on that standard. The report says so rather than guessing a level.
