Writing, presentations and art share one grading screen, and it’s the one Review and approve grades walks through. Read that for the whole class. Here is what’s on the screen.

The three tabs

Comments on the work

Select any text in the student’s work and a pill appears: Add Comment. Choose it, write in the draft card that opens under Targeted comments, and select Comment. Each comment quotes the passage; click the quote to find it in the document. On a slide deck or scanned pages, where there’s no text to select, use Add comment in the Feedback tab and say what you’re responding to. To edit any feedback section or comment, hover it and use the pencil: Edit manually or Edit with AI.
Opens GradingPal on the screen this page describes.
